Warranty Validation Requirements

To maintain valid warranty coverage, coatings must be applied in accordance with Perma-Tech Roofing Supply printed technical data sheets. Crucial factors include:

Retaining proof of purchase (sales receipts / invoice numbers).
Surface cleanings and substrate primers applied as specified.
Maintaining recommended spread rates (typically 50-100 sq ft per gallon per coat depending on surface porosity).
Filing warranty registration within 60 days of application completion.
